Your Blueprint includes a PGA Tour skills combine and biomechanical assessment performed by Golf Digest Certified Instructor Mark Rippy, and TPI Level 3 Strength & Conditioning Coach Jeremy Crowe. Together, we evaluate both your swing mechanics and your body's ability to produce them. Last, your given your custom blueprint in the form of a golf specific fitness and skill development practice plan.

The Science Behind the System

Biomechanical Assessment
The golf swing is a movement pattern produced by the body. Jeremy Crowe's TPI based biomechanical assessment identifies restrictions in mobility, stability, balance, and rotational movement that may be limiting your ability to perform efficient swing mechanics. Instead of guessing why a swing change isn't happening, we identify whether your body has the physical capacity to make the movement.
Golf-Specific Fitness
Once movement restrictions are identified, they can often be improved through targeted golf-specific strength, mobility, and stability training.
